I work with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and autistic traits.
Many experience chronic overwhelm, sensory fatigue, social masking, imposter feelings, or burnout from constantly adapting to environments that don’t quite fit. Living abroad can intensify these experiences, as the need to adjust and interpret social norms increases.
In our sessions, we focus on understanding your nervous system, reducing shame, and developing strategies that work with your brain — not against it.
As someone who is also neurodivergent, I understand from personal as well as professional experience how nuanced and layered these challenges can be. My aim is to offer a space that feels informed, respectful, and affirming.
